Kokage Map (the "App") is an open-source field GIS application for Android and the web, published by Nemurigi Kobo (Japan). This policy explains what data the App handles and how.
The App opens, edits, creates and saves GeoPackage (.gpkg) spatial databases and related files in the folders you choose on the device, and shares those files with external GIS tools (for example QGIS). On Android the App requests "All files access" because these SQLite databases and their sidecar files must be read and written in place, by path, inside user-organized folders. The App reads only the folders you select. File contents are never sent to the developer.
Location is used to show your position on the map, for GPS surveying, to record GPS tracks into your own project files, and for the location-sharing party. Location is used only while the App is in use or while a foreground service you started (track recording or location sharing) is running with a visible notification. The App does not request background location.
When you create or join a party, your current position, battery level and the display name you enter are sent to Firebase Realtime Database (Google LLC) and shown to the other members of that party. Track points recorded while you were offline are sent when connectivity returns. Party data is deleted automatically about 24 hours after the party ends. Nobody outside the party can see it. Firebase App Check and anonymous Firebase Authentication are used to protect this service; they do not identify you personally.
If you sign in with Google, the App requests access to Google Drive (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive) in order to clone, synchronize, upload and download the project folders you choose. The App accesses only the Drive folders you explicitly select or create through the App. Your name, e-mail address and profile picture are used only to show which account is signed in. OAuth tokens are stored on your device and are never transmitted to the developer.
Kokage Map's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Photos you attach to the map, and photos taken with the camera, are stored in your project folder. QR-code scanning uses the camera only to read invite codes.
Bluetooth is used only to connect external laser rangefinders and GNSS receivers that you pair. No device data is sent anywhere.
Notifications are used to show that GPS recording or location sharing is running, and for in-app status messages.
No other third party receives your data. The developer does not sell data.
Everything in your project folders is under your control: delete the files, or uninstall the App, to remove it. Drive data can be removed from your Google Drive. Party data expires automatically (see 2.3). You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The App is not directed at children under 13.

こかげマップ（以下「本アプリ」）は、ねむりぎ工房が公開するオープンソースの現場向けGISアプリ（Android・web）です。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱うデータとその扱い方を説明します。
本アプリは、ユーザーが端末上で選んだフォルダにある GeoPackage（.gpkg）などのファイルを開き、編集・作成・保存し、QGIS 等の外部GISツールと同じファイルを共有します。Android で「すべてのファイルへのアクセス」を求めるのは、これらの SQLite データベースと付随ファイルを、ユーザーが整理した任意のフォルダ内でパス指定によりその場で読み書きする必要があるためです。本アプリが読むのはユーザーが選んだフォルダだけで、ファイルの内容が開発者に送られることはありません。
位置情報は、地図上への現在地表示、GPS測量、GPS軌跡のプロジェクトファイルへの記録、位置共有パーティに使います。利用は、アプリの使用中、またはユーザーが開始した前景サービス（軌跡記録・位置共有）が通知を表示しながら動作している間に限られます。バックグラウンド位置情報の権限は要求しません。
パーティを作成または参加すると、現在地・バッテリー残量・入力した表示名が Firebase Realtime Database（Google LLC）に送られ、そのパーティのメンバーに表示されます。圏外の間に記録した軌跡は通信復帰時に送られます。パーティのデータは終了後およそ24時間で自動的に削除されます。パーティ外の人には見えません。この機能の保護に Firebase App Check と匿名の Firebase Authentication を使いますが、これらは個人を特定しません。
Google でサインインすると、本アプリはユーザーが選んだプロジェクトフォルダのクローン・同期・アップロード・ダウンロードのために Google Drive へのアクセス（スコープ https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive）を求めます。本アプリがアクセスするのは、ユーザーがアプリ内で明示的に選択または作成した Drive フォルダだけです。氏名・メールアドレス・プロフィール画像は、サインイン中のアカウントを表示するためにのみ使います。OAuth トークンは端末内に保存され、開発者に送信されることはありません。
こかげマップによる Google API から取得した情報の利用は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に従います。
地図に添付した写真やカメラで撮影した写真はプロジェクトフォルダに保存されます。QRコードの読み取りでは、招待コードを読むためだけにカメラを使います。
Bluetooth は、ユーザーがペアリングしたレーザー距離計や GNSS 受信機との接続にのみ使います。機器のデータが外部に送られることはありません。
通知は、GPS記録や位置共有が動作中であることの表示と、アプリ内の状態表示に使います。
これ以外の第三者にデータが渡ることはありません。開発者がデータを販売することもありません。
プロジェクトフォルダの中身はすべてユーザーの管理下にあり、ファイルの削除やアプリのアンインストールで消せます。Drive 上のデータはご自身の Google Drive から削除できます。パーティのデータは自動的に消えます（2.3）。本アプリの Google アカウントへのアクセスは myaccount.google.com/permissions からいつでも取り消せます。
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
機能の変更に伴い本ポリシーを改定することがあります。最新版は常にこのURLで公開します。お問い合わせは GitHub Issues へ。
